As a real coffee lover, whenever I go for coffee with my family I can’t help but be amused. They ask for very very weak coffees…then why drink it at all. They also request very very hot coffees…it is just burning the coffee and ruining the taste.
Most people don’t understand that it is the quality of the coffee beans that makes great tasting cups of coffee and of course the expertise of a home brewer or café barista to handle the coffee beans with care and extract their full bodied flavour.
