I’m no fitness buff and in truth I don’t make nearly enough time for exercise. I have started riding or walking to work when I can and trying to eat better just to stay in shape. All the cafes and restaurants around my office just serve up crap and it can make it really hard to stay on the straight and narrow. When I’m organised I bring my own lunch but some days are just to hectic and for these I always keep a fresh Dineamic meal on hand.
